At E3, Hudson also declared it would bring upwards of 100 titles to the Wii's Virtual Console. Nintendo president Satoru Iwata stated in a speech on March 23, 2006, that Nintendo, Sega, and Hudson Soft are working in collaboration to bring a "best of" series of games to the Wii. As with disc-based games, the Virtual Console service is region-locked - that is, different versions of games are provided to different regions, and game availability may vary from region to region. While the company has stated that the Wii Shop will not be used exclusively for retro games, no original games have yet been made available through the service. While the gameplay remains unchanged for all of the classic titles offered for the Virtual Console, Nintendo has stated that some games may be improved with sharper graphics or better frame rates. I love games with lots of exploring and lots of action. Don't get me wrong, there is a lot of game in this one, but I wanted more! Secondly, I think the game could have been a little longer. One being the movement on the slopes is a little clunky and as smooth as I would have liked. I have two complaints about this very well made game. The story fits the game well, and is the basis of all the action in the game. The game, like all Metroid games, has its own story, and a pretty basic one at that-clear your name after the events in Metroid Fusion. It takes a lot of strategy to defeat them, and is a lot of fun. The bosses in this game are awesome as well. While exploring you'll even find yourself coming back to the same areas to do another task. The exploration aspect of the game is awesome I find my self getting lost certain times, which is always fun to experience in a game. Shoot in eight directions at baddies, duck to avoid obstacles, roll into a ball to get to different areas, upgrade your suit and weapons, and explore the vast area with your map.īasically the whole deal from Super Metroid is in this fan-made game. You can basically do everything Metroid is known for. They of course fit perfectly into the game, and truly make you feel like you're in the Metroid universe.
